Is Price more important than service?
Service is this a companies commodity or does it not matter.
It is a very tough time for the small computer shops and the support they provide. Being one of them I wondered if any one really believed that they provide a valuable service. I know we constantly get phone calls on little problems that we answer even if we are not going to get paid. Unfortunately this often leads to the closing of a shop. So my question is when should you pay a little more for an item?
While more and more computers are cheaper, and becoming a throw a way commodity, when do you pay to have someone repair what you have?
Again this brings me back to the topic what is service worth? If you are like many of the people I meet, you find yourself asking other people technical questions but you don’t pay for their advice or assistance then maybe you should rethink what service is worth.
