Watch out for malware – even on trusted sites
Do you participate in social networking sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook? Enjoy, but be careful: Many scam artists are now using information shared on sites like these to send fraudulent e-mail messages, called “phishing” scams. Sites that you trust are also being used to spread malicious software, or “malware.” Here is information to help protect yourself from highly targeted phishing attacks, or “spear phishing,” and other social engineering scams.
