Technical Support Package Survey

We are changing the game of support for our end users and small offices and we want you to help define the new support programs.  

We would like to find out if our customers, regular readers and new viewers are interested in a support plans.  I know many companies have been offering them. I also have experienced a very mixed reaction to the service customers who have opted to use them have received. 

What we would like to see is your comments about your experiences you have had, and why you think or do not think these types of a service are a fit for you.
