A prank by an inmate adds image of pig to state crest on Vermont State Trooper vehicles. In a prison prank one of the inmates responsible for the stationary and license plates added a little something to the image. The AP reported that the new decal was placed on about 30 cars and will be corrected. The picture here was on MSNBC.COM’s photo blog.
