Welcome Insurance Associates Group – 10122012
We would like to welcome our newest Ring Central client Insurance Associates Group. Jim and his team were referred to our company to assist in getting them set up with a phones solution as quickly as possible.
For flexibility we suggested they utilize VoIP and set them up with service and equipment from Ring Central. Jims group is expecting to expand so the equipment chosen was the Cisco 508 phones that will handle up to 8 calls and works with presence offered by RingCentral. The group will be able to utilize physical VoIP phones and take advantage of Virtual-Users for agents that are in the field and not located at the office.
