Presence issues with Cisco SPA525G2 Phones.

RingCentral has informed our sales team to hold off selling the SPA525G2 phones. The latest models are apparently having issues with the “Presence Feature”

At this time it is believed that older models may not be affected, but if you should experience issues contact your RingCentral sales team so they can contact the appropriate support team.

If you are considering installing RC on your own please contact us to register your company first, as RC does not penalize your company in any way for having a Partner assisting in servicing your account. If you chose to use us as your support team or just your reseller contact we can provide you insight to the product as we have also been a RC Customer for over 3 years, and have advocated several changes in the system during our initial participation with RingCentral.
