We have been a RingCentral customer for over 5 years now. Our company has seen small and large changes at RingCentral. Our main reason for originally starting on RingCentral was not a simple cost factor. It was because when you signed up for the VoIP service almost everything was included. You did not have to decide if you wanted a call tree, group hold, intercom (when it became available) it was just there. Several years later the approach is mostly the same, they now offer more classes of services and a few higher end features are only available those packages. Another nice thing about VoIP is we take it with us and we control it by unbundling it from our traditional phone or cable carrier. Today RingCentral still stands ahead of many services because of the included features and minimal startup costs. More importantly we also became a RingCentral Partner.
