    Dear Sir/Madam,

We truly appreciate the support and trust you’ve given RingCentral by having your links point to our website ringcentral.com.

However, we recently have been experiencing problems with Google ranking our website much lower in user search results than we would expect given our leadership position in the business telephone services market.

In order to make sure that Google is not mistaking references to our website as illegitimate attempts to boost our page ranking, we are asking for cooperation from the internet and blogging communities to flag any links to our website clearly as NOT being attempts to artificially boost our page ranking.

In light of this, may we request you to update the link(s) in your website that point to http://www.ringcentral.com by adding the attribute to those links? Here is an example of a correctly coded link:

    RingCentral

For your reference, we have identified the following link(s) on your website:

    http://newblog.end2endsupport.com/2013/06/11/phone-system-flexible-or-is-it-your-company-folly-06112013/

We regret any inconvenience required to make this updates and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Clarice Hilario,
