An MSP provides various levels of support to its end users. These can include simple monitoring and a contracted rate for remote support, or complete control of the client network operations.
E2 Computer is offering some of these types of features to its Home and Small business owners. Our lowest offering is a basic system monitoring and if you choose Webroot antivirus.
The next level up adds tracking and assisting in managing windows updates.
Our highest level of support includes initial diagnostics of problems that can be worked on remotely and if repaired in one hour no extra fees. Over 1-hour additional support rates may be included.
